As far as I'm aware, there's no skill in GW that abbreviates to UB, so to repeat what the 2 above me have said, wtf are you talking about?

hmmm sry..i just go little info also....i heard this one in tombs some peeps were getting people to run the UB build....i tried to ask more but they didnt specify more..they said its a secret...so i tried online maybe i got a luck someone knows about it...we ecounter them btw in tombs..then after raping us..they said UB build owns

It's actually 4 W/R, 2 Mo/E, 1 R/W and 1 N/E. It was our guilds build. We used it alot before the patch and for a bit after. Untill other people started copying it and running it all jacked up. I'd love to know who's taking credit for it. I'll have to go do some investigating. By the way. It's not that good anymore. To many teams are bringing counters to it. So if you got beat I am guessing you were a reg IWAY group.
